1. Inspection Before Delivery
• You have the option to open and inspect your order upon delivery to confirm the quality and material of the items.
2. Exchange Policy
• Size Exchanges: If you need a different size for the same design, exchanges are available within 24 hours of receiving your order, as long as the requested size is in stock.
• Condition: To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely placed in its original packaging and hand it to the delivery representative when exchanging.
• Shipping Fees: Additional shipping fees apply for exchanges.
3. Refund Policy
• No Refunds: Once the order has been accepted, refunds are not available.
• Complete Returns Only: Orders cannot be returned partially. The entire order must be exchanged or returned together.
4. Refusing to Receive the Order
• If you choose to refuse the order, you are required to cover the shipping costs by paying them directly to Wovenly. Please note the following details:
