When will I receive my order?
For orders within Greater Cairo & Giza, expect delivery within 3-4 business days.
For orders within Alexandria, expect delivery within 4-5 business days.
For all other governorates in Egypt, delivery takes up to 5-7 business days.
Note: Fridays and holidays aren’t counted as business days. Currently, same-day and next-day delivery aren’t available.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Once placed, orders are prepped quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes are limited. If an urgent change is needed, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I inspect my order before accepting it?
Sure, You have the option to open and inspect your order upon delivery to confirm the quality and material of the items. However, orders need to be either accepted or returned in full upon delivery, and partial payments are not allowed. However, we’re dedicated to your satisfaction with our post-purchase support.

How can I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart that will help you find the right size from the available options for men’s and women’s PJs: M / L / XL.
Check it out to make sure you choose the size that fits you best! If you still need help, let us know and we’ll assist you in choosing the right size.
Are refunds and exchanges available after purchase?
Size Exchanges are available If you need a different size for the same design, exchanges are available within 24 hours of receiving your order, as long as the requested size is in stock.
However, we don’t accept returns or refunds once the order has been received from the courier

Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, unfortunately we don’t currently offer gift wrapping!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments through major credit cards, debit cards, and cash on delivery for orders within Egypt.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within the first hour of placing them. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. Once the order is in preparation or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or text. You can use this to track your order’s journey on our delivery partner’s website.
You can also contact us on our social accounts with the order number and we will assist you with the tracking process.
